The Richmond County Commissioner of the Revenue is accepting applications for the full-time position of Deputy Commissioner of the Revenue.  Successful applicant must be a high school graduate or possess a GED, must be highly motivated & organized, as well as possess excellent written/verbal communication skills.  Must have exceptional computer skills; as well as be able to multi-task and pay strong attention to detail.  Accurate data entry is of the utmost importance.  Duties include, but not limited to, assessing personal property items, maintaining real estate tax assessments, updating county tax maps, and collecting & assisting taxpayers with Virginia State Income Tax returns.  All work is performed under the general supervision of the Commissioner of the Revenue. EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN – Basic and Advanced Life Support  / Part-Time

The Richmond County Board of Supervisors is seeking qualified individuals for part-time positions for ALS and BLS providers.  The successful applicant will be employed by the Richmond County Department of Emergency Services. 

Position: Emergency Medical Technician – ALS or BLS, is a part-time position that consists of 12 or 24 hour shifts.  This position will work a combination of days, nights, and weekends as needed per month.  Minimum requirements are EMT-Basic, EVOC class II or higher, Haz-Mat awareness, CPR for health care providers, and ICS 100, 200, 700, and 800.

Salary: Salary will be determined according to experience and proven ability to perform required functions of the position.

The Northern Neck Regional Jail in Warsaw, VA, is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. This full time position performs a variety of duties associated with maintaining the facility’s equipment, mechanical and system performance.   Applicants must  be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED and have general familiarity and experience with facility maintenance, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electricity, carpentry, and refrigeration.  Successful applicants must undergo a background investigation, polygraph, medical, and fitness for duty examinations.
