The Richmond County Department of Emergency Services understands that some citizens may not have the financial means to cover the costs of services provided during emergencies. The Richmond County Board of Supervisors has approved a scale of income guidelines for those individuals who lack insurance coverage and are interested in applying for an exemption for fees billed for ambulance transports.
