The Richmond County Electoral Board consists of a three member body whose members are appointed to serve a three-year term by the majority of the circuit judges of the judicial circuit of Richmond County.
The Electoral Board is responsible for appointing election officers and maintaining the certification of election results. In addition, the Electoral Board checks all polling places for any issues that may arise on election days.
