Snow Plowing Services – Winter 2025/2026
The Richmond County Board of Supervisors is accepting bids for snow plowing services at Richmond County Facilities for Winter 2025/2026. Facilities include the Courthouse Complex, Richmond County EMS, Richmond County Volunteer Fire Department Company #1, Office Building at 102 Walnut Street and Animal Shelter at 12941 History Land Highway. This is an “as needed” service, so please submit your bid in terms of an hourly rate for services. Accompanied with your bid, please include proof of insurance, with minimum liability of $1,000,000. The winning bidder will need to understand that these sites should be considered “top priority” due to the nature of Public Safety facilities included. LAWN CUTTING AND LANDSCAPING SERVICES
The Richmond County Board of Supervisors is soliciting bids for lawn cutting and landscaping services for the Richmond County Courthouse Complex and other designated areas, Warsaw, Virginia 22572 (Includes areas near all County buildings/offices along Court Circle as well as the Little League/Fairgrounds entrance). This contract is expected to run from April 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026, and includes weekly grass cutting services and associated duties, spring and fall mulching of flower beds, weed control of flower beds, periodic weed-eating of slopes and other similar activities. All grass cutting and weed-eating must be done before 9:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, or may be done on weekends. Bids should be lump sum for the duration of the contract.
