Online Payments
You can make Personal Property and Real Estate Tax payments online. You have the option to pay by credit card or electronic check. There is a convenience fee for these transactions. The fee is calculated prior to authorization, so that you may either proceed or cancel the transaction.
You must call the Treasurer’s Office to obtain the amount due.
For Personal Property Tax Payments you will need your 5 Digit Account Number.
For Real Estate Tax Payments you will need your 5 digit Account Number and your Parcel Number.
If you have a DMV Stop on your vehicle registration and are trying to renew your tags, you must come to the Treasurer’s Office to pay the Personal Property Taxes in order for your stop to be released that day. Online payments take 2 to 3 days to process and the DMV Stop will not be released until the online payment is deposited.

Online County Mapping (Geographic Information System) - This mapping site provides access to road, address, and property ownership information for Richmond County, along with aerial photography, topography, and links to associated property record cards.
Circuit Court Records - Circuit Court records have been computerized back to 1753 and are available online by subscribing to our secure remote access site (SRA). For additional information on the site, please go to RichmondCountylandrecords.org. On that site, you can download and complete the single user application or the multiple user application. Business users with one user should use the single user application. The application should be sent directly to the Clerk of Circuit Court's office for approval. That address is:

On the site, you may also set up an account, providing all of your contact information and choosing your own username and password.
Once your application has been approved, payment information will be provided by e-mail. You will make payments directly to the vendor, Logan Systems, Inc. Payments will be accepted for varying subscription periods and can be made by check or credit card (with an additional convenience charge applied).
Subscription fees for Circuit Court records:
1. Individual User Plan: $50.00 per month or $550.00 per year
2. Business or Multi-User Plan: $200.00 per month or $2,200.00 per year (includes 5 user accounts)

Availablilty of Circuit Court records:
The secure remote access system will be available online 24 hours a day. Noted exceptions are:
1. For periods of preventive maintenance and remedial maintenance.
2. For operational issues beyond the control of the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
