PUBLIC NOTICE – PLANNING COMMISSION
In accordance with Section 15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended and pursuant to Section 15.2-2310 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended, the Richmond County Planning Commission hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held starting at 7:00 p.m., Monday, April 6, 2026 in the Richmond County Public Meeting Room, 101 Court Circle, Warsaw, Virginia 22572 for the following:
• Application from #1 Towing & Repair, Inc. (Michael Jernigan) for a Special Exception Permit in order to allow for the re-establishment or conversion of use in existing structures that have previously been retail businesses on Tax Map No. 24D(A)2.
• Application from Virginia Electric and Power Company, d/b/a Dominion Energy Virginia for adjustment to an existing Special Exception Permit, issued July 14, 2022. (Tax Map Nos. 38-80, 38-81 and 38-82)
