In accordance with Section 15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended and pursuant to Sections 15.2-2285 and 24.2-306 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended, the Richmond County Board of Supervisors hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held starting at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, December 9, 2021 in the Richmond County Public Meeting Room, 101 Court Circle, Warsaw, Virginia 22572 to receive public comment on the following:

·Proposed amendments to Section 157.110 (Solar Power Facility, Large Photovoltaic) of the Richmond County Code of Ordinances, developing a minimum acreage requirement for application of such solar power facility.

·Proposed modifications to the local election districts in accordance with the 2020 Census Data and changes to the Code of Virginia (election districts must be within 5% population deviation, non-local inmates at correctional facilities are no longer counted towards election district counts and election district boundaries have to be aligned with census data blocks.)

The amendments and proposed local redistricting plan (including the district map and ordinance) may be viewed in person at the Richmond County Administrator’s Office at 101 Court Circle, Warsaw, Virginia 22572 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

In accordance with Section 15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended and pursuant to Sections 15.2-1800 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended, the Richmond County Board of Supervisors hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held starting at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, December 9, 2021 in the Richmond County Public Meeting Room, 101 Court Circle, Warsaw, Virginia 22572 to receive public comment on consideration of the proposed sale of a portion of Tax Map No. 17-33A, located within the Richmond County Commerce Park, consisting of 12.8 acres, more or less, to LLC 12 Twenty.
