The Chairman of the Richmond County Board of Supervisors has called a Special Meeting of the Board on Monday, March 30, 2020 for the purpose of discussing actions surrounding the COVID-19 virus.  Please know that while this meeting is open to the Public, the Richmond County Board of Supervisors intends to follow the Executive Orders of the Governor, and limit the public to no more than 10.  It is our intention to stream this meeting on Facebook Live so that any public that wishes to participate may do so remotely. 

Please note that the agenda will be limited to the following four items:        

1. Ratification of the Declaration of Local Emergency, enacted as of 4:30 P.M. on Tuesday, March 17, 2020.
2. Consideration of a Special Ordinance for the Continuance of County Government
3. Actions taken thus far by Richmond County in response to COVID-19.
4. Discussion of further actions to be considered throughout the duration of COVID-19.

There will be no discussion of the pending Strata Solar Application.
