PUBLIC NOTICE – WETLANDS BOARD
Pursuant to Section 28.2-1302 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the Richmond County Wetlands Board will hold a rescheduled public hearing on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., Board Meeting Room, County Office Building, Warsaw, Virginia, in order to consider the following application for a Richmond County Wetlands Permit:
·Charles E. & Linda M. Moore, 8700 Waterfowl Flyway, Chesterfield, Virginia 23838, has applied for permission to construct 118 linear feet of rip-rap sill with associated beach nourishment and wetlands vegetation plantings along his Lancaster Creek shoreline, located at 3115 Simonson Road and further identified as Tax Map 43A1 Parcel 14. VMRC #15-0027.
All interested parties will be afforded the opportunity to be heard and are requested to submit a concise written statement and/or attend the Public Hearing to offer oral comments. The aforementioned application is on file in the office of the Land Use Administrator.
