Local Department of Social Services (LDSS) Board meetings are public meetings and governed by the Code of Virginia. In order to conduct official business, a local Board meeting must have a quorum; a majority of the voting Board members must be present.

All Board meetings must be publicized. If a majority of the members of the Board are gathered intentionally or unintentionally in the same place, this constitutes a meeting, by law, and no official business can be discussed if the meeting was not publicized.

The RCDSS Board meets the second Tuesday of every other month beginning November, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. in the meeting room at RCDSS, 5579 Richmond Road, Warsaw, VA  22572. The public is invited and urged to attend Board meetings.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE JANUARY MEETING WILL BE HELD ON JANUARY 7, 2020 AT 5:00 P.M. IN THE MEETING ROOM AT RCDSS (this is a change from the regular schedule).
