Zoning and/or Land Disturbing Permits must be issued in advance of Building Permits. Installation of the required inital E&S Control measures may be a prerequisite for securing the Building Permit.

· WETLANDS
· RE-ZONINGS
IN ORDER TO ALLOW TIME FOR NOTIFYING ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNERS AND PUBLICATION IN THE LOCAL NEWSPAPER, APPLICATIONS MUST BE FILED WITH ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS BEFORE 5:00 P.M. ON THE MONDAY, FOUR (4) WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING.
