In accordance with Section 15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended and pursuant to Section 15.2-2285 and Section 15.2-2310 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended, the Richmond County Planning Commission hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held starting at 7:00 p.m., May 6, 2024 in the Richmond County Public Meeting Room, 101 Court Circle, Warsaw, Virginia 22572 for the following:

• To receive public comment on proposed amendments to the Richmond County Code of Ordinances - §157.040: Business, General (B-1).

• Application from RRI, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, for a special exception permit in order to allow for commercial animal kennel and assembly/retreat facility to be located on TM No. 24-100B.

The proposed amendments/application may be viewed in person at the Richmond County Administrator’s Office at 101 Court Circle, Warsaw, VA 22572 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
